Design works are performed by experienced specialists of the design and engineering departments, taking into account the requirements of the state regulations and standards, for example, SP 157.1328500.2014 «Rules of technological design of oil refining and petrochemical complexes».

All process documentation is subject to HAZOP expert examinations to confirm the safe operability of the equipment in accordance with GOST R 51901.11-2005 (IEC 61882:2001).
