Quality Management System

ASP-AQUA has developed, implemented and uses on an ongoing basis a quality management system (QMS) that meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 and the Russian standard GOST R ISO 9001 in terms of planning and systematic control and analysis of all work performance stages.

The scope of application of the ASP-AQUA QMS is performance of construction and erection and design and estimate works, engineering surveys for construction, including performance of the construction control, general contractor’s and general designer’s functions, which affect safety of capital construction, reconstruction and overhaul facilities, including particularly dangerous and technically challenging facilities.

The quality management system is an integral part of the overall management system of the organization and represents a set of interrelated activities, its resources, responsibilities and powers of employees, which ensures coordinated actions by both ordinary specialists and top managers. The ASP-AQUA QMS combines an organizational structure, a documentation structure and an information structure, as well as processes that directly affect the quality of the works performed.

The quality system of ASP-AQUA is based on the principles of system and process approaches:

  • The QMS consistency principle is implemented in the management of the company as a system of interrelated processes aimed at achievement of the set goals.
  • The process approach allows identifying the processes that have the greatest impact on achievement of the goals.

The QMS efficient functioning at each level is confirmed by the relevant quality data. The quality policy of ASP-AQUA LLC is based on the quality management principles and is implemented in the following areas:

  • Implementation of EPC contracts at the level of the best international standards, timely and full fulfillment of partner obligations.
  • Meeting the increasing demands of consumers through the systematic development of innovative technologies. Ensuring high-quality implementation of EPC contracts at all stages of production by consolidating the personal responsibility of managers at all levels and each employee at his/her workplace for the work quality.
  • Creating conditions conducive to disclosure of the creative potential of the employees, their active participation in solving quality problems. Continuous professional development and capacity building of the personnel. Development of the potential of young specialists.
  • Management of the enterprise and related resources as a system of interrelated and interacting processes.
  • Evaluation and selection of reliable suppliers of material resources and services.
  • Interaction with suppliers on a mutually beneficial basis and trust relationship. Striving for an increase of the enterprise profitability by reducing all types of losses through the full and efficient use of information, material and financial resources.
