Construction of a crystallization unit and a warehouse of finished ammonium sulfate, Nizhnekamsk TPP

TANECO JSC is a modern enterprise of the Russian oil refining industry, which is of strategic importance for development of the economy of Tatarstan, is included to Tatneft Group.

The gas purification unit within the desulphurization and crystallization units is designed to purify the flue gases after the power boiler units TGME-464 No. 6-9 of Nizhnekamsk TPP to be reconstructed for combustion of petroleum coke in form of dust from the delayed coking unit of TANECO JSC.

Within this project, ASP-AQUA performs a package of works according to the EPC model of the Crystallization Unit with a warehouse for storage and shipment of finished products (a warehouse of finished ammonium sulfate).

Scope of the project works:

• release of the detail design documentation;
• development of a 3D model of the facility;
• field engineering (designer’s supervision, installation supervision, quality control and assurance, ensuring compliance with the production safety requirements);
• package supply of the process equipment;
• organization and accomplishment of construction and erection works;
• start-up and adjustment works and putting into operation;
• training of the Customer’s personnel;
• support of the customer’s undergoing of the State and departmental expert reviews.
